Algonquin Park (just over 3 hours North of Toronto) is a true representation of Canadian lands: dense maple forests line the trails, over 2,400 lakes and 1,200
kilometers of streams and rivers. This picturesque park in Canada is a place
made to explore.
On this trip, get away from the noise of day to day life (we’re silencing all
notifications) and embrace the art of being still in nature.
DAY 1 | Early morning pick up in Toronto and drive to the access point lake for lunch. Then we’re off! Today is a shorter day where you can expect 1-2 portages under 500m and approximately 3-4 hours of paddling. After arrival at the site and camp set up, relax, swim and hang out by the fire. In the evening, we’ll have dinner, roast marshmallows and stargaze on a night time paddle (weather dependent)
DAY 2 | Today is a free day in the wilderness. Choose to
hang out at the site – sleep in, swim, read, hang out or take a day trip to a local waterfall hike + swim.
DAY 3 | Wake up and pack up the site! We’ll make our way
back at a gentle pace with plenty of time to soak in our surroundings as we meander back to the access point lake. We should be back at the car for pick up by 3pm to head back to the meeting point in Toronto.
